Home Setting
If the patient is at home:
- Perform the ECG while they are sitting in their armchair.
- Respect their preferred position for maximum comfort.

If the patient is trapped in a car after an accident:
- Conduct the ECG while they remain seated in their car.
Bedridden Patients
If the patient is in bed and unable to sit up:
- Allow them to remain lying down.
- Perform the ECG in their preferred position.
